No act of kindness, no matter how small, is ever wasted.
Jim was born and raised in the Chicago area. He was very fortunate to have loving parents who imparted values of kindness and acceptance. He enjoyed playing football in high school, with coaches that had a lasting impact. Attending Iowa State University was one of his favorite times in life, and also where he met his wife, Cheryl – now celebrating their 45th anniversary.
Jim is retired, so he enjoys most of what he does, but especially reading, travelling and golf.
Jim would like to see acts of kindness in the community as the norm, rather than as exceptions. Jim loves the way ArtSpoke embraces diversity and teaches our youth worthwhile values without an agenda.
Jim was in the business world for 37 years, 27 of those as a sales rep and analyst with Johnson & Johnson.
